About me

I believe that transformation has a lasting impact on the way we lead our lives and that, being recognised for ourselves, is profoundly healing. This work helps in gaining an understanding of who we are and builds resilience to the challenges life inevitably brings.

I recognise that all people are unique, so I adopt an Integrative way of work in which I use theories and ideas from different therapeutic models. Each person requires customised support so I will always work in a way that is specific to you.

I am an accredited member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and Association Of Christian Counsellors (ACC). I am bound by their Ethical Framework for The Counselling Profession.
